Founded in 1970, Old Street’s Ravello Restaurant pre-dates the Shoreditch-cool revolution while still being able to fit seamlessly into the rejuvenation of the area. This friendly, family-run restaurant has stood the test of time remarkably well, constantly gaining new customers whilst still maintaining the regulars who return time and time again for the impressive Italian food and impeccable service. Re-modelled over the years to keep the dining room fresh and attractive, Ravello nonetheless has an authenticity to it thanks to the beautifully painted impressions of Italian vistas, the beamed ceilings and the large arched windows. Presented with numerous awards – including the title of “Most Authentic Italian Food in London” from no less than the President of Italy, Ravello offers a traditional and delicious take on food of the Campania Region.
