Ilaria Tedeschi

I am an Italian Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist.

I have many years of experience working with adult and adolescent patients suffering from anxiety, depression, insomnia and sleep disorders, bereavement, somatic disorders, temporary stress and relational problems.

I was awarded my BA in Psychological Sciences and later an MSc in Clinical Psychology at Vita San Raffaele University, Milan. I then became interested in the Cognitive Behavioural model and I achieved a post-graduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in December 2013.

I worked in my private practice and in the Neuroscience Department at Fatebene Fratelli and Ophthalmic Hospital in Milan. Furthermore, I carried out an internship in the Sleep Disorders Unit at San Raffaele – Turro Hospital, Milan.

I work as a private therapist.
