Located in the heart of Mayfair, Avista is headed up by the Executive Chef Arturo Granato. Coming from Amalfi coast, Arturo has brought a little touch of Italy to Mayfair with his spectacular dishes.
Young, but with many years of experience, Arturo worked his way up through many prestigious restaurants in Italy before taking up his first head chef position at the Carlton Hotel on the Grand Canal, Venice.
Upon arriving in England, Arturo worked with the highly acclaimed chef, Arnaud Bignon at two Michelin-starred The Greenhouse in Mayfair and at L’Etranger in Kensington, before taking up his new position as Executive Chef at Avista.
Arturo has a modern Italian style of cooking and he changes his menus regularly to take advantage of the freshest seasonal produce. He announced his arrival at Avista by introducing a wide range of new dishes which have been extremely well received.
