Il servizio è comodo: ho appena ristrutturato un locale commerciale e muratore, elettricista, idraulico, falegname, fabbro sono stati selezionati e coordinati da Giuseppe di artigiani uniti. Il fabbro consiglio di cambiarlo. I prezzi sono leggermente superiori rispetto ad altri ma i programmi e gli impegni sono stati rispettati

Avevo bisogno di fare alcuni lavori come mobili legno e scaffali in cartongesso pittura e hanno cercato loro i professionisti che sono venuti a vedere il lavoro e mi hanno fatto il preventivo. Poi la scelta con chi lavorare è stata la mia. Si paga qualcosa per il servizio che fanno di ricerca artigiano e per seguire il lavoro ma ho risparmiato un sacco di tempo. Comodo

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The list of what went wrong in the refurbishment of my flat is four pages long, four! In a nutshell, Marco, the Project Manager and owner of Artigiani Uniti, is TOTALLY UNCAPABLE of managing the refurbishment of a 50 sq meters flat! I was given my flat 1 month and a half later than the time agreed in the contract, in the meantime I had to move in anyway because I had already given notice in the flat I was renting so I had to live in a building site for one and half months with all my stuff covered with dust and exposed electrical wires. The only positive thing that this company did was bringing a very good builder from Italy who saved my flat as much as he could however he couldn’t deliver the high quality Italian work that I requested because he wasn’t provided with the right support due to the many mistakes made by the Project Manager. The result is a flat that for many aspects is the furthest thing possible from Italian quality so now I’ll have to hire other people to fix what can be fixed and have the flat I’ve always wanted with of course additional expenses and waste of time. My nightmare with this company is never ending! A month and a half after they finished the refurbishment of my flat I commissioned a new electrical safety certificate because I wasn't sure that the electrician they provided did the job properly. It turned out that the electrical system in my flat wasn't indeed compliant with legal standards so I had to pay another electrician to fix it. What is even worse is that during the refurbishment works the electrical safety certificate identified several issues wich required to be acted upon. Of course this wasn't done by the electrician that Artigiani Uniti provided. Two months after the end of the works I'm still fixing the many things that were done very POORLY. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate, they made me waste thousands of pounds to be left with a flat which is not what I payed them for.

Li abbiamo contattati ancora prima dell'acquisto del flat, per chiedere un parere sul costo di ristrutturazione. Poi ci siamo affidati e loro e devo dire con siddisfazione. Artigiani competenti e Marco come unico referente.

Ho rifatto bagno e cucina. Hanno pensato a tutto con personale italiano muratore, idraulico, elettricista. Fino alla fornitura e montaggio della cucina. Forse con una ditta polacca potevo risparmiare ma poi la qualità era inferiore Devo dire pienamente soddisfatto.

Con artigiani uniti ho trovato artigiani italiani con cui ragionare! Ho ristrutturato un piccolo flat il servizio è stato buono perchè hanno pensato loro al progetto e alla realizzazione. Unica osservazione: le lampadine LED che utilizzate fanno una luce troppo fredda!

I needed to restore my subfloor and put new wooden flooring and I contacted Marco who was very friendly and efficient - arrived straight away and gave excellent advice ad followed-up quickly with the right product. Work was done to a high standard, extremely positive experience!
