Hello EveryBody, my name is Valentina Savarese , the owner of Yummy-Ya Italian Mama's Food. My granny was my motivation to pursue a technical degree at cooking school in Naples , IPSAR PETRONIO. After several years of experience in restaurant and bakery i decide to open my own business. The idea of YUMMY-YA ITALIAN MAMA'S FOOD is to share my passion for the traditional foods of my city, Naples (Southern Italy) and the all the other country. Every Neapolitan knows how hard it is to live abroad and have scarce availability of Neapolitan cuisine. My aim is to give through each bite of my pastries the feeling of pleasure that you won’t be able to stop eating it. At the moment we are specialize in cake and pastry products as tart, neapolitan rhum baba', caprese cake.. ETC.
