The Next Step is a Business Coaching company accredited EASME (European Agency for SME-European Community) specializes in developing Strategies, Business Models and Business Plan with a mission to help SME, Italian startups and company networks to successfully go abroad.

For this reason we have developed for them a path ad hoc in two phases: preparation for internationalisation and evaluation of the convenience landing across the border.

In the first phase we do a complete checkup of strategy, organisation and financial information by providing practical measures to make companies “attractive” to an international audience and present them according to accepted standards.

With the second phase called “stay or go analysis”, we help companies to make an evaluation whether it is convenient or not to go abroad, providing them with preliminary market analysis, developing a business plan specifically to assess the costs, risks and opportunities before landing in UK and, if necessary, helping to open a head office and providing accounting assistance with the help of local specialists.

Furthermore we assist businesses in the development of an international mindset and understand the key variables for success in foreign markets through the care of and pitch presentations to institutional investors.

We develop ad hoc projects for SME and Startup taking into account the economic difficulties of the moment and therefore at particularly attractive fares and accessible to most of the target companies.
