I am an integrative counsellor based in South West London. I draw on a wide range of counselling approaches to achieve results, including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I work empathically with my clients in the belief that, with the right help, each person can fulfil their potential and achieve their goals. Having myself sought therapeutic help to guide me through the difficult stages in my life, I have experienced the benefits counselling offers first-hand. The transformative power of therapy enhanced my own resilience and increased my self-awareness, and the work I have done on myself, with the support of my therapists, has enabled me to feel happier and fulfilled. I want to help others benefit from therapy as much as I have done. My main areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, relationship issues, loss, and interpersonal trauma – including sexual, emotional and physical abuse, and neglect. COVID-19 has brought with it unprecedented turmoil and uncertainty. It is now more important then ever to prioritise one’s mental health. Whilst we may not be able to inhabit the same physical space right now, I am continuing to carry out my therapy remotely. Depending on your preference, sessions will be conducted either over the phone or via Zoom for the time being. You are welcome to book a free, introductory half-hour session, during which we will discuss your reasons for getting in touch, best approach, and our mutual availability. My fees are £60 per 50-minute session. Concessionary prices are available. I offer long and short-term counselling in both English and Italian.
