I have more than 10 years of experience in the field of psychotherapy and counselling , both online and in person. I have sound expertise in the treatment of eating disorders, especially binge-eating disorders, and anxiety disorders.

I prefer, if possibile, short-term therapy over long-term work. I have also developed a keen interest in chronic pain management. For those issues, I provide a customized integrative approach where psycho-educational interventions, mindfulness-based activities and psychotherapy are blended together to help clients lead a more fulfilling life.

I offer online psychotherapy and counselling sessions on Zoom, Skype and Cliniko.
