Panorama Immobiliare & Turismo was born in 1997 in Palermo as DMC for Croatia. To follow the market demand for this destination, the first office on HVAR island opens, which assists individual travelers arriving through tour operators and travel agencies, offering a 360° service ranging from transfer to hotel accommodation or apartments.

Later, with the development of a product and the demand of tour operators and travel agents for strong logistic support also for the neighboring countries with Croatia (Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro) a second office opened In Zagreb, which exclusively cares for pre-established groups of adults and students and recently also senior groups for the winter stays in Dubrovnik.

The destinations are then proposed for individual and group stays, promoting the seaside resorts but also the historical and cultural heritage of diverse but close populations, so one of our top products is born, the Balcan Tour which during the summer we propose with departures guaranteed for individuals and which is required during the rest of the year even for pre-established groups.

Over the years, interest in neighboring Croatia seems to find a focal point in Medjugorje, thus opening doors to religious tourism and to Bosnia as a pilgrimage destination. The demand for our destinations has grown over the years and in addition to the summer charter chains, we have created the need to connect Italy and especially Sicily with charter flights even during the main holiday, New Year’s Eve, Spring Bridges, Easter , etc.

From this came the development of the second branch of business  – or the incoming to Sicily and Italy, because Italian tour operators and travel agencies have continued to entrust our customers to reach the other side of the Adriatic and it is even true that the Bel Country has attracted new vacationers from the East.

After years of experience in managing adult and student groups, we have been thinking of offering a new destination to our tour operators and travel agencies. Great Britain, certainly a destination that many people are always looking for.

We initially focused on the market groups, selecting good quality facilities but respecting the limited budget of the crisis period that tourism was facing, and is facing. We have given the same attention to details and the same particular cut that has distinguished our work on the other destinations we have been proposing for years.

The long experience as DMC for Croatia has also allowed us to know in depth the reality of the holiday in the apartment, which, if in the “chez l’habitant” version has a long tradition in Eastern countries, has now taken full hold Europe meeting the holiday demand with limited budget of the European market.

Our tour operator is then born to vacation in apartments and aparthotels in Europe.
