What Osteopathy is?
Osteopathy is a hands on therapy for the whole body, recognised by the British Medical Association. The treatment is safe, gentle and effective. It consists of touch, physical manipulation, stretching and massage. Osteopathic treatment targets the cause of the problem, not only the symptoms, giving you a better chance of a long-lasting recovery.

Most common reason for consultation: back pain, neck pain, whiplash rehabilitation, repetitive strain injury, postural problems caused by driving or work strain, shoulder and arm problems, postural problems, arthritic pain, recurring headaches, sports injury.
I am registered with most private insurers (Aviva, WPA, Simply Health, etc.).
