Marta Meli Therapy

I am an Italian London based counsellor and therapist and I work with individuals offering both time-limited and open ended therapy. I work in an integrated way drawing mainly from psychodynamic, Gestalt and relational theories and practice. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space open to individuals of all cultures, backgrounds, orientations and abilities. I offer sessions in English, Italian and Spanish. My areas of interest and expertise include abuse, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, effects of migration and displacement, end of life and death, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem, managing illness or disability, intrusive thoughts and compulsions, relationship difficulties, trauma. I am a member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I abide by its Ethical Framework.
