Letizia Pucci Counselling e Psychotherapy

I am a registered Italian Clinical Psychologist and a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist in advanced training at Metanoia Institute in London. I provide both short and long term counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people. I have studied and worked in the mental health field for 10 years, practicing psychotherapeutic counselling both in Italy and in the UK. I have extensive experience working for the NHS and the charity sector in services for people suffering from psychological distress. I have specialised in delivering relational – psychodinamic therapy within the Transactional Analysis frame to people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems and to those with a history of trauma. I provide a safe and confidential environment to help clients make meaning for themselves in order to progress and develop in life, exploring past events that may be having an impact on how you live in the present and the relationship you have with yourself and those around you.
