I’m an experienced, entusiastic and energetic cake designer with the knowledge, skills and understanding of a range of many cake design techniques so I can offer lovely cakes, cookies, cupcakes for your sweet moments.
I believe that the cakes should taste as incredible as they look. I hand bake all of my cakes using nothing but delicious, fresh ingredients, no freezing! My decorative style is clean, creative and minimal but with great attention to details. I’m an expert in sugar-crafting: I have spent much of my time learning new techniques, methods in order to broaden my knowledge and experience, therefore I have the PME Professional Diploma – Modules in Sugar paste, Royal Icing & Sugar Flowers – Master Certificate. Also I even spend some of my time teaching groups of children cake design for private classroom or children Party making learning fun!
