Spero vivamente che tale "agenzia" non sia piu in essere. Esperienza orribile nel 2018 di cui pago ancora gli strascichi. Un pacco (degli oltre 30) definitivamente smarrito; rimpiango di non essere ricorsa alle vie legali per tutto cio che mi hanno causato.

Trasloco da Milano a Londra: servizio pessimo—hanno "alzato" il prezzo quando già avevano gli oggetti e hanno minacciato di non fare la consegna se non pagassimo l'extra, offese, urla, ritardo di oltre un mese della data (abbiamo dovuto comprare un'altro letto perché non avevamo dove dormire), danneggiamento di numerosi oggetti preziosi. Ho provato a denunciarli nella camera di commercio italiana perché sono profondamente disonesti e quasi pericolosi.
