As long as there has been a Princes Square, there has always been an Il Pavone here in spirit. Starting out with a deli on the top floor and moving into larger and larger units, the business has grown and grown and now sits in the large corner unit on the lower ground floor. The family that started Il Pavone many years ago still own and run it to this day and are always around to make sure that everyone who comes to Il Pavone gets a kind and friendly welcome to their loving family restaurant.
