Franco Ardani has teamed up with long life friend & chef, Paolo Cerasuolo, and would like to welcome you to our neighbourhood style, family run Italian restaurant. Franco originally from Calabria, Southern Italy, is an Italian entrepreneur with a passion and a flair for food. As a proud Italian he believes in using the best quality ingredients and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. As the current owner of Panini’s Café Bar in Park Gate and of Gallery Slaves (event catering), Franco has extensive experience in starting, owning & running a variety of Italian Catering & Hospitality businesses. He formerly owned two restaurants and managed several others over a period of 20 years.
