In England too, Fassa provides a product delivery service in 48 hours from order, as well as technical-sales consulting to identify the best solution for new constructions and the renovation or redevelopment of existing buildings, with the exclusive advantage of its Integrated System, in other words, the possibility to use just one supplier for all types of construction work.

Fassa UK presents its Fassatherm® External Wall Insulation system – EWI, available with various types of panels and boards, and completed by special adhesives, skim coats and renders, and coloured coatings. This system has obtained the BBA certification now, in order to extend the system offer covered under the existing ETA for the UK market– specifically for the white and grey EPS and mineral wool panels. Fassa UK, in addition to the main building product certification, can also meet the EWI requirements needed for the IWA and SWIGA guarantees.

Fassa UK proposal includs the Rendering System, a comprehensive range of lime and cement plasters, smoothing compounds for concrete and mineral coatings. Fassa proves its green building credentials with the Bio-architecture System, comprising products made using hydrated lime and NHL 3.5 hydraulic lime. To respond appropriately to problems caused by damp, Fassa Bortolo also proposes the Dehumidifying System, a complete line of specific solutions for restoration of damp masonry, using porous plasters with bio-architecture certification.

The System for Laying Floor and Wall Coverings comprises a vast choice of products for tile adhesives, grouts, self-levelling floor screeds and waterproofing additives. The adhesives in the Floor and Wall Coverings System have obtained prestigious GEV EMICODE EC1 Plus certification, a voluntary mark that certifies low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, while the products in the four lines respond to strict LEED® green building certification criteria.

The Paint System completes the offering, with a paint mixing system also available at the English branch: a vast range of very high quality products able to meet all building painting, maintenance, preservation and restoration requirements. It comprises six product lines, which guarantee breathability, aesthetic performance, reliability, durability and flexible application: Decorcalce, Acrylic, Silicate, Silicone resin, Elastomer and Acrylic-siloxane.

In addition to the reliability of its traditional construction materials, Fassa Bortolo also proposes the Gypsotech® Plasterboard System, the most effective and advanced solution to separate different environments, improve thermal and acoustic insulation, renovate and perfectly insulate the home, with a complete line of plasterboards, joint fillers, mortars, skim coats and accessories for installation and assembly.
