Farina & More is an authentic Restaurant, Pizzeria, Bakery and Italian Cafeteria in West London. “We at Farina & More believe in the natural and authentic taste .. We believe in the simplicity of our ingredients, we select only the best products and produce directly at home the products we bring to the table, from pizza to bread, from pastry to fresh pasta … For our Dough we use the best unrefined organic flour mixed with multigrade flour with high fiber content, low fat content. Our mixture has been developed after years of study and experience and contains 80% of water. We combine mother yeast with normal yeast to obtain a fragrant and tasty mixture. But we believe that Tempo is actually our best ingredient … we use the “cold” technique that, with a maturation of the dough up to 72 hours, allows our pizza to be light, crisp and very digestible. Our cuisine represents the authenticity, passion and spirit of Italian food. A combination of flavors, colors and aromas that derives from our long centennial tradition. We believe in the value of Conviviality, every Thursday evening we organize a real – Italian Aperitif – with a wide and varied hot and cold buffet that will delight your palate while sipping a drink with friends ..
