I have seventeen year experience working for large corporates in the construction industry, I therefore understand structures and dynamics of major organisations. My career has been pivotal in exposing and giving me insight into the mechanisms which drive people’s behaviour and mindset in the workplace. As a chartered structural and civil engineer, I also offer mentoring to professionals preparing for their chartership examination.
