Dolcezza is the first authentic Italian pasticceria in London. Here passion meets precision in a creative explosion of tastes, textures and flavours. Born as a cake lab (Laboratorio), now Dolcezza can also welcome you in two cafes, one on Clapham Road and another one in Shoreditch, introducing you to our cakes, pastries, sweets alongside a great Italian coffee or a traditional cappuccino for breakfast. Stop by also for a healthy and tasty lunch with our salads, soups of the day, pizza, pasta or a sandwich to go. Everything is homemade. We have the ambition of bringing in London the authentic Italian pastry tradition with a modern approach and we challenge you to find the same style and the same quality.

Our signature cake is Millefoglie, the real Italian recipe, but we are also famous for our bignolini with the pastry cream. Among all our products, we are really proud to serve you special Torta della Nonna, Pan di Spagna, Chocolate Mousse, Profitteroles, Fruit Tarte and Yogurt Mousse.

We produce everything naturally, we are artisans. There is no industrial production here, no artificial flavours and definitely no shortcuts. Every one of our mouth-watering products is created from fresh, natural ingredients that are blended by hand and then baked to perfection by our highly trained Primo Pasticcere.

Whether you’re looking for a fresh morning pastry, a selection of treats for friends, a seasonal favourite or a breath-taking bespoke cake for a special occasion, Dolcezza is on hand to deliver the taste you’re looking for.

Dolcezza provides an open and relaxed atmosphere and a warm Italian welcome. High ceilings and hand-finished, bare brick walls provide a gallery-like space, whilst large windows flood the room with natural light – perfect for long mornings and night events. Dolcezza also provides a fully bespoke service for events, both large and small, including parties, christenings, weddings and business functions, with celebration cakes and ‘mignons’ (miniature versions of the cakes and tarts) likely to be most popular, as long as savory canapés.
