Relationships take a crucial role in our thoughts and in our life and therapy can be a space – to explore and understand how we relate to our significant others, and where the difficulties in these relationships may be coming from.
People lead very complex and busy lives and loneliness is experienced more and more often. Therapy can give an opportunity to increase the awareness of the Self, and to improve how the client interacts and communicates with others.
People may decide to come to therapy for different reasons. They may be experiencing some difficulties or changes in their life affecting them and/or their family and significant others. They may also decide to come to therapy to have an opportunity to think about how they would like to improve their life, their confidence and self-esteem.
