Casa Londra is a real estate consultancy company. It is made up of a team of professionals that have resided in London for many years and offers a complete range of services for Italians that wish to invest in London or choose to move here to work or study.

The consultancy services range from searches for homes or commercial spaces to buy or rent (from short to long lets), legal assistance (personally followed by Francesca Griffiths, one of the founding partners together with Valentina Fazzari), tax advice, restructuring/maintenance and management of the property, to the management of the whole moving process.

Casa Londra manages around 150 properties, mostly located in Kensington and Chelsea (nearly all acquired by Italian clients with the help of the Casa Londra property finding team). These properties have been refurbished to a high standard and are taste fully furnished. They are available for both long and short (minimum one week) lets. I do not recommend dealing with this agency as I have been advised an incompetent and unprofessional consultant for a renovation. It was a nightmare! No contract or explanation of the services was provided! Very unpleasant experience! Just one quote with £10,000 discrepancy was provided and they rushed to sent invoice with nothing agreed! No services no nothing. No one single email sent with an explanation of the services offered. They repeatedly said their charge is 10% of any contractor’s work. At one point I received harassment emails from Vincenzo Treggiari who is the husband of the recommended consultant Silvia Toseroni who works as an English teacher. Avoid these crooks! I asked pictures of past works and she sent pictures of her ugly furniture!
