To ensure the quality of their coffee Fratelli begin with the best ingredients, starting from the top with their own specially imported unique blend, a fragrant and smooth coffee. Equal emphasis is then placed on the making of the coffee with each store using an elite, traditional coffee machine, handmade to a high specification in Italy. A creative yet concise menu of coffee classics and summer sips is on offer in each venue, with everything from decaff to Iced Cappuccinos available from behind the counter. All Fratelli staff are well versed in the language of coffee. “At Fratelli we work alongside the baristas on all aspects of the coffee operation to make them more efficient, more enthusiastic and more focused on creating great drinks, explains Antonio Motisi”, Managing Director.
